Finding time for body, mind and soul!

This course is for anyone who wants to get acquainted with the practice of yoga. Through strengthening and stretching postures (asanas) physical fitness as well as elasticity is achieved. Conscious relaxation trains the perception of one's own body. Through breathing exercises (Pranayama) the mind can come to rest and the nervous system is cleansed. The goal is to consciously connect each movement with the breath. In this way, the respective modes of action are deepened and an organic flow of movement can develop.

Please bring: comfortable clothes & something warm to put on for Shavasana.

You are welcome to bring your own mats!
